Scope and Parties

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the saistatistics.com website, your SAI account and SAI Statistics AI credits (the "Service"), provided by SAİ Bilişim Anonim Şirketi (SAI Bilisim Anonim Sirketi) ("SAI", "we"). By creating a SAI account or purchasing credits, you accept these Terms.

Use of the SAI Statistics desktop application is additionally governed by the End-User License Agreement (saistatistics.com/license). In case of conflict, the License Agreement prevails for use of the application and these Terms prevail for purchases.

Seller: Lemon Squeezy

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC ("Lemon Squeezy"). Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders; it collects payment, calculates tax, issues your invoice and handles all customer service inquiries relating to payment, invoicing and returns. Your purchase is also subject to Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms (lemonsqueezy.com/buyer-terms).

Your card and payment details are processed by Lemon Squeezy only and never reach us.

For purchases made in Turkish lira (TRY) by buyers in Türkiye, the seller is SAI Bilişim A.Ş.: payment is collected through the licensed payment institution PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. ("PayTR"), your card details never reach us, and SAI issues your invoice. Refund requests for these purchases are assessed by SAI, and approved refunds are issued through PayTR to your original payment method. The Distance Sales Agreement (saistatistics.com/distance-sales) and the Pre-Information Form (saistatistics.com/pre-information) apply to these purchases.

Description of the Service

The statistical analysis features of the SAI Statistics desktop application are free and do not require an account. The AI assistant within the application is optional and is used with credits in your SAI account. Each AI request deducts credits from your balance according to the cost of the model you choose; the current model list and credit usage are shown in the application.

Account

To purchase credits and use the AI assistant, you need a SAI account with a verified email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password confidential; actions taken through your account are attributed to you. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

Prices, Taxes and Payment

Current credit pack prices are shown in US dollars (USD) at saistatistics.com/pricing. Prices shown include any VAT or sales tax applicable in your country; no tax is added at checkout. The tax amount is calculated by Lemon Squeezy and shown separately on your invoice.

Credits are one-time purchases; there is no subscription or automatically renewing payment. We may change prices in the future; such changes do not affect credits you have already purchased.

Delivery and Credits

Once your payment is confirmed, credits are usually added to your SAI account within a few seconds. If they have not arrived within 24 hours, please contact us.

Purchased credits are tied to your account, are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and do not expire. Bonus credits included with packs and trial credits granted to new accounts have no cash value.

Refunds

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase. Conditions and how to make a request are described in our Refund Policy (saistatistics.com/refund-policy). Credits belonging to refunded or charged-back payments are removed from your account.

Acceptable Use

When using the Service you agree not to: create or process content that violates applicable law; sell or transfer credits or your account to third parties; attempt to circumvent usage limits, credit accounting or security measures; place excessive load on the Service with automated tools; or use payment methods belonging to others without authorization.

AI requests must also comply with the usage policies of the model provider you choose (e.g. Anthropic, OpenAI, Google).

Changes to and Interruptions of the Service

We may change the AI models and features offered from time to time. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance or third-party providers; we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted. If we permanently discontinue the AI service, unused purchased credits will be refunded in proportion to the amount you paid.

AI Output

Interpretations produced by the AI assistant are generated automatically; they may be inaccurate or incomplete and do not replace professional statistical advice. It is your responsibility to verify AI output against the result tables produced by the application before relying on it.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. SAI's total liability is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the last 12 months.

These limitations do not apply to damages caused by SAI's intent or gross negligence or to liability for injury to life, body or health, and do not limit any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

You can delete your SAI account at any time from within the application; deleting your account forfeits any unused credits, so please submit any refund request before deleting it. If you breach these Terms, we may suspend or close your account.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices at the registered seat of SAI Bilişim A.Ş. have jurisdiction over disputes. Consumers retain the right to apply to the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their place of residence and the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated; we will inform you of material changes on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
